We had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel in the heart of the city. The staff were great too ensure we had a smooth experience, even arranging last-minute parking for us. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and a short walk to the city center. The location of the hotel is convenient, as it is close to the metro station and within walking distance to most of the sightseeing places. The rooms are nice and clean, with comfortable beds and great showers. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are also some additional facilities such as parking for both regular and disabled people, as well as easy elevator access.
The breakfast options could be improved, as there were limited choices for healthy, vegan, and gluten-free diets.

The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The room was always immaculately tidy, and the housekeeping staff even provided fresh bottles of water every day. The hotel had a spacious layout and offered a spectacular view.

The location was perfect, being not too far away from Rossio Square, making it convenient for exploring the city.
